    Pros

    Great team spirit. Some good benefits such as pension, child care vouchers, health cover. The CEO really cares for the welfare and well being of staff. Aim of the business is motivational (helping people to move forward in life). Culture of care for everyone.

    IT systems/customer service are very poor and have a detrimental impact on staff's ability to carry out day to day job. Some management/HR practices lack transparency and cause inequalities/bad feeling amongst staff. The business is very reactive and doesn't seem to plan ahead/consider the impact of decisions on staff/customers. Little progression opportunities and where there are people seem to have been picked... prior to the job being opened up to anyone else.

    Invest in IT and train everyone who works in the department on general customer service/communication/work planning skills. Be more proactive and utilise the experts (front line staff) to help plan ahead.

    Great team spirit. CEO really cares for staff wellbeing. Some good benefits such as pension/childcare vouchers/health care. Culture and aim of business (supporting people in life) is very motivational.

    IT systems/customer service is very poor and has a detrimental effect on staff's ability to do their job on a daily basis. Some management/hr practices lack transparency which gives the impression of inequality/favouritism, especially with pay, career progression and training opportunities. Very reactive - don't plan ahead or consider the impact on staff/customers.

    Poor IT systems/infrastructure/customer service really impacts upon staff's ability to manage workload. At times HR policies/practices lack transparency and create a sense of unfairness/favouritism when applied (or not applied as the case may be). Lack of communication/planning ahead by senior management in general impacts on staff's ability to perform at times. Very reactive.
