    There are no pros when management can't stand up for their employees.

    Very little that I can think of.The pay was good.

    I only took the job at Nexeo because the company I worked for previously moved out of the area. I exceeded expectations with my previous employers and was confident I would do the same at Nexeo.I had years years of customer service experience under my belt so I thought it would be a smooth transition.It turned out that all my experience could not overcome the ridiculous workload and unreal complications of this... company. To start with,the training was rushed and incomplete.Some of the responsibilities expected had nothing to do with customer service and had everything to do with overloading to save a buck.Everyone i talked to there knew this and if the job market improves,will leave this company in a heatbeat. The leads were overwhelmed to the point where some were coming in very early just to get most of their work done.Therefore the rest of the overwhelmed team could not get the proper help and training.I was actually yelled at for asking a simple question I had not been trained on.I and others were chastized for not typing e mails properly ( with no training) to others in the organization.Very non professional compared to the other places i have worked before.That's what you get with an overstressed workforce but this company seems not to care.They want to grow the business significantly while adding even more responsibilities to an a ridiculously overwhelmed but do not want to properly staff which will come back to bite them. The work/life balance was awful for some.The process just to complete an order dragged on for days and sometimes weeks which left customers and sales angry.I have never experienced anything like this and was very often confused and frustrated which lead to my departure. I regret ever working for this company.I take great pride in my work and this place was way to understaffed to be successful IMO.

    Hire some help on the front lines and take responsibilities off customer service that they have no business doing.I honestly do not see this company succeeding in the long run.

    Great salary. Opportunities to upsell and earn more. Building is older, but has convenient resources and is in a convenient location

    Too much work, even for those who work hard leads to Reps looking bad. Sales Reps and Regionals are on their own teams. They treat CSRs like they're stupid. I had 3 supervisors in my first years and none of them seemed to know or care what I was doing bc everyone is so overloaded with work.

    Pros

    The 401k was nice, a lot of time off. The people who work here are odd in nature, general office politics are always at play though.

    I wish I paid more attention to the reviews on this company prior to taking the job. The negative feedback is 100% true. There is little to no training. The leadership is comprised of individuals who play favorites, they hide in their offices all day and have no intention of developing their employees or helping. If you speak up to try and proactively improve processes or the way the teams work together, you will... absolutely pay for it. The management will tell you that you're doing good over the coarse of your first year, and boom, review time. During the review, they base your performance on whether they like you or not. I personally was lead to believe that I was rocking at my job, then told in my review that I was awful at what I do, and that no one in the building liked me. I've never in my life had a bad review, nor have I ever felt so degraded. I've also never seen leadership like this anywhere.
