    Pros

    This is a great company to work for, the culture is one of focus, teamwork and reward and staff turnover is very low because people seem to enjoy working here. Most of my colleagues have been with the company for at least 5 years and many much longer (some for 30 years). Support and technology is exceptional but they are not stuck in the past. Senior management are keen to listen to your ideas and will... implement the good ones. I was most impressed with the fact that candidates and clients stay with the company for years and become part of the family.

    Rat an das Management

    The management team are an asset to the business and inspire both new staff and existing staff. Keep doing that, is my advice.
