    Pros

    People are mostly nice and friendly, according to the positions salaries are acceptable if you also include the extra money for transport.

    Kontras

    No respect for employees, sometimes crazy and illegal work hours, no long term vision for the company or projects, lack of procedures put in place and little place for improvements. Huge turnover (more than 20 employees left in less than 4 months out of around 60).
    Too many things kept secret and internal between the various offices all over the world.

    Pros

    - Rather nice, friendly people.
    - Nice office situated near the center and with a great view
    - Events, get-togethers and fruit
    - Camaraderie (of the trench variety, but still)

    Kontras

    - Don't expect to be able to elicit any change or improve procedure or communications in any way.
    - ...and there is PLENTY to improve, so that's even worse.
    - Management will often make questionable, short-sighted decisions against the better judgement of the "local" experts brought in to avoid precisely this.
    - No real interest in innovation- no matter how many times they tell you about "Nexon 2.0" and "breaking into European market".
    - Be prepared to have no power to do anything except bowing and saying "aye aye captain" to whatever crazy schedule Nexon Korea or Nexon America bring to the table.
    - ...and there will be a lot, and very tight.
    - Complete obsession with micromanagement. Be ready to answer to your person in charge every 2 minutes.
    - Overtime. Overtime up the a**. 90% avoidable, or that could have been handled in a more sensible way.
    - Too much workload, too little (if any) headcount.
    - Reactive, not proactive: most of the time they will empower people to do things after something explodes, and not months ago where it could have been avoided.

    Rat an das Management

    - Bring in local talent and really give them power to organize things.
    - Make Nexon Korea understand that their methods and ideas JUST. WON'T. WORK. in the west. Both for the company and the games.
    - Be realistic with your demands and the workload you can´t take. I haven´t seen so much extended sick leaves in a company in my life.

    Coffee Machine even though it is broken so often
    Fruits very rarely before, but often these days
    You can develop yourself as you basically do the things from the ground level
    Cool building
    Air conditioning

    Kontras

    Discrimination all over the office in terms of sex, nationalities
    Company's motto: You can be replaced with anybody so soon.
    Managers don't value people
    No structure
    Poor Salary
    Most of people cannot dare speak out loud for themselves because they will get disadvantages
    Over work is necessary

    Colleagues are so friendly, nice view of Berlin, freelancer community is wonderful

    Complete lack of respect and acknowledgement for my hard work and accomplishments in 3.5 years of working. And if I was doing anything wrong, I never got the direct feedback and chance to improve. My only negative feedback was laughable, about not smiling enough... Is that because I'm a woman? Or maybe because I was so stressed out because I could not improve anything. I began to think it was me, that I was what was wrong. But now that I have been gone for a few months and more people have left, I see that is was not me. It was always them.

    They play too many games that are not even consistent, so once you think you know how to talk to them, it changes. They need to acknowledge their workers sometimes have good ideas and not make such random decisions.

    Pros

    Colleagues are nice and office is in a good location

    Kontras

    Work environment is really bad. Management has no respect for people and their ideas. There is no work-life balance. Over-time is not paid but required. People do not get promoted for years and salaries are way below the standard of the industry. New ideas and improvements are not welcome - management is stuck on the old-way of doing things.
    People quit their jobs shortly after they start (some after only few weeks, others after few months) because of the situation in this company. Apply at your own risk...
