It's hard to evaluate the company, as mostly we work within our team, so I will be speaking about my experience working in the TA team. It's a great team with a lot of energetic and nice people. A lot of learning opportunities - not only within the team, but the company culture as a whole is a lot about learning and development. There are many things you can get involved in on top of your daily tasks and you get to work with different stakeholders from different teams, which gives you a great overview of business. Different team activities outside of work and great vibe!

There are always different projects and things going on, which makes it so exciting, however, this can also be stressful and chaotic sometimes and you have to be prepared for it and be able to deal with higher workload or tight deadlines.

A very unstructured company internally in which you only learn to patch to cover up a chain of constant errors they deal with since forever. Constantly under stuff, Insane work load with a high level of pressure, all of these with the lack of proper tools, also big performance expectations from the managers. Older employees tend to prejudge new team members and are not always well accepted. Very childish behaviour.
