    Since I started working there, I have been excelling my teaching skills and communication skills and As for me human psychology is of an interesting thing to learn so I always try to talk with my students about learning process and also apart from study

    In my opinion if you speak you just repeat what you have already learnt but if you listen you may learn something new. And my job is all about explaining discussing different types of topics with students and I want to try something that requires more than this as I feel believe that my potential can do much more and I have not only worked as a teacher rather than I tried myself in different fields.

    Once I have worked as a manager of an education centre over a year what I learnt was not to manage people by rules that exist but set rules during the process looking into the situation as we are all human beings without perfection

    Management is a mess. Staff overloaded and undervalued. They say we're like a family but they only say that to take advantage of us.

    1. This place has the worst management team. They need to go for Managing 1O1 training.
    2. This place has a very high turn over rate. They abused and exploited employees
    3. Their modus operandi is
    A. To hire new staff and slave drive them.
    B. They are always hiring new batch of new graduates and repeat this cycle.
    You notice they hired people as fast as they can and make thrm do telesale instead of the role they are applied cor This is actually misrepresentation of job advertisement.
    4. Normally Singaporeans and PR rejected MDIS jobs and they recruited foreigners who won't mind taking on the jobs and put up with exploitation.
    I am going to inform MOM to audit MDIS.

    Obviously the lousy managers there can't find job else where so they all ended up working at MDIS.
    Be professional like USIM and SIM and Keplan.
    Stop exploiting and milking internation students with hour 3rd rate education.

    Surprised to see some unpleasant review here but my 4 years experience is good with a understanding boss and fun loving colleagues. I was promoted in my 2nd year

    None that I can think of.

    Unrealistic company in terms of expectations, expect every employee to join and create instant impact.

    Too much internal politics between senior management.

    Went overseas on business trip but not compensate with any form of time-off. Came back on a early morning flight and expected to report for work on same day itself.

    Good place to be if you are willing to put in the effort to excel.
    Campus is with a canteen, gym, parking and shuttle from MRT.

    Free shuttle bus from mrt

    Super strict with indian dictactor managment. Stingy company, overloaded, understaffed. Staffs run away after a few months probation. They have to recruite many new staffs everyweek. Terrible Management. Messy company. Wolves and snakes everywhere. You cannot trust anyone there. Do not destroy your career by joining the team.

    You will not not know who from upper management will back stab you. No one of the upper management can be trusted. HUMAN CCTV always watching you. management will know even you fart without any sound.Upper management always listening to the wrong person whom like lick the boots..
