    Pros

    I cannot believe some of the negative comments I have read on this site. Yes, I do work hard and put in extra work when required, and am even sometimes under a little pressure. I also met someone I did not get on with once, but is this not normal in almost every place of work. There seems to be some disgruntled people who have left MHR for one reason or another. I cannot speak for them, but I can comment on my experience....

    Occasional lack of resource. Communication between employees and senior management is redundant in many areas. Lack of a company wide social experience for employees and their families, such as a summer or Christmas function.

    In my opinion, senior management need to engage with employees at a lower level more. I believe they should take the time to walk the departments and talk to employees every so often.

    Unlike other reviews I believe that MHR offers great opportunities for those that work hard and want to progress. Great people and products.

    On a number of other reviews it mentions bullying of the staff by management and on each review the HR department replies reinforcing that they have a “Zero Bullying Ethos” and that “Something should have been mentioned to HR”. I know of at least 2 colleagues who reported the bullying and as a result were fired yet the bullies remain.

    Gained life and work experience.

    Kontras

    Power hungry and pompous staff who treat you like children. If your not born with a silver spoon in your mouth you wont be progressed. Ignoring hungry, young staff who have so much to offer in a modern world and progress middle class majority who have have everything handed to them and look down on the peasants. Being told to change who you are, to fit in with the company.
