    Pros

Paid Time Off Name recognition in Europe/UK Commute

    Kontras

Very behind on technology No innovation at all Management by numbers. London centric Lack of vision and leadership in senior management Pay- Fort Mill is treated like a third world cost center

    Rat an das Management

Pick up a leadership development or managing employees book! Reward those that are ambitious, hard working and will add true value through their work ethic, competence and innovation. Not based on office politics! Pay your employees competitively. Fort Mill is part of Charlotte area! We’re not a third world low cost center and never will be.

    Pros

    Mentorship Program, Coworkers are nice

    Kontras

There are really no upsides to working here. Managers will say anything they think you want to hear to get you to accept an offer (pays half of market value for similar positions). Management makes no effort to retain their employees, I am the fifth person to leave my team in 3.5 months. Other teams have very similar constant vacancies. Expect to be micromanaged and berated almost daily. You are treated as a child... here, no bathroom use during meetings, yelled at for not being on time to meetings even though managers are always late, breaks strongly discouraged, have to tell your team when you need to step away from your desk and you cannot leave for the day if your work is done but others' work is not. On the days before holidays, employees get to leave at one but my manager would schedule unnecessary meetings or keep people late just out of spite, for no real business purpose. Almost everyone leaves after a few months, even if they don't have another job lined up, and almost everyone who is working there is desperately looking and interviewing for other positions. If you are sick expect to get crap for it. And HR just wants to keep the status quo and sweep these problems under the rug, don't expect any help from them. If your manager makes you any promise, expect them to break it and then yell at you for saying you are not okay with it. This is by far the most toxic work environment I have ever seen. Right before I left I heard a manager they brought in from the London office yell at his team to shut up.

    Rat an das Management

Restructure current managers, change company culture, establish rules that state current treatment of employees is not okay, and do not bring in executives that tell employees all about their multiple houses in gated communities and their expensive gadgets while paying employees so poorly. Recognize that having good health insurance does not make it okay to reduce salaries.

    Pros

Great benefits Flexible hours Majority of staff are a pleasure to work with

    Kontras

Incompetent managers who do not respect confidentiality. Unfair advantages and exceptions made for particular members of staff. Not everyone is treated equally. Money wasted on the wrong projects. No training provided. No recognition for going over and above. No career development or plan in place. Unhelpful HR department. Continuous change of management.

    Rat an das Management

Treat everyone fairly HR should support staff Unnecessary hires

    Pros

Pay and Benefits, Some people are cool, very few

    Kontras

Where to begin? Management is extremely disorganized, aggressive and dismissive. The say they support you, however their actions speak otherwise. Not open to anyone's opinions but their own. They say they want to go Agile, however they are not open to change. I was directly told by Management to forget what I know about agile even though I came from several top 100 fortune companies who are all using it... successfully. What they really want is a babysitter and a secretary. Meetings are stressful and often result in screaming matches. They say they support work life balance but expect you to be available and work 12 to 14 hour days, then not log it. Fear culture. Everyday is like walking into a Nightmare you can't run away from especially if you have a family to support. Do a great service to yourself and your family and take ANYTHING ELSE!!!
