    Pros

    Unlimited commission. Also, you are territory aligned, this allows the SDR communicate and build a relationship with the RSMs. Later this comes as a huge benefit. RSMs allow you to learn the RSM practices and responsibilities, when you go for an another opportunity they provide recommendations.

    Kontras

    Favorites game and not all the same standards are applied to each SDR. There is not a clear career growth path and the attempt to keep high performers in this entry level role as long as possible instead of development is damaging to the company investment.
    Thoma Bravo purchased them and the future is unclear.

    Rat an das Management

    Do not let the manager walk SDRs out on the last day. This is a tactic to avoid an honest exit interview. Only the favorites were allowed to stay the two weeks and have an exit interview, this is wrong.

    Pros

    As someone who has been with the organization for 2 years, I can't say enough about this sales team and how awesome it is to be a part of the LogRhythm family. Fair, consistent, helpful leadership with no form of micromanagement or peering over your shoulder. It's great to find a sales role where wins are celebrated, but honest feedback is given. Attainable quotas make accelerators extremely lucrative as you dive into them.

    Honestly I have nothing I would change about the organization. Continue to focus on stability and scalability in the product as we conquer the enterprise space and continue to invest in support to keep our customers happy, the rest always falls into place!

    Pros

    I know every company touts their culture as a reason to either attract or retain quality employees, but the true test of that culture is when said company is faced with challenges. LogRhythm has gone through some significant changes over the last year, and as such their culture has definitely been put to the test. While not everything is always wine and roses, LogRhythm's stuck by it's cultural pillars, and is poised to come out the other end stronger and better because of it.

    Unfortunately, we've also lost some good people along the way, many of whom will be sorely missed.

    Pros

    Really smart people work here. These people also care a lot about doing things right and serving customers. The industry is fascinating... cybersecurity is the most important business in the world right now. It reaches into every aspect of our lives: personal finances, employment, education, and even to the foundations of our democracy. I love being part of the fight against the bad guys. LogRhythm is innovative, fast-paced, and not afraid to take risks. It also rewards high performers well, and is getting better at weeding out low performers.

    LogRhythm has grown fast... and still has some wrinkles to work out in its design and development process within Engineering. We tend to prioritize the urgent over the important, and at times cut corners on design and user experience.

    Support engineers need to be respected. This company piles the workload high and deep on support staff who are treated poorly by the rest of the organization.

    Im sure this is a great place to work unless you are in support. Staff are frequently burned out, and frustrated with the feeling that the rest of the company doesnt stand behind them.
