    Good company to work for. Plenty of opportunity for hands-on continuous learning.

      Making your own schedule and working at home are great ideas

      Lack of call volume can sit and hour easy w/o a call meanwhile not getting paid.

      I have been an independent contractor w LO for 3 years and everything was going great up until these last couple of months. I have good scores and commit adherence. The company has been cycling through new agents for the FNOL program and have just started again so the older experience agents are starting to take a hit again to where you can sit up to an hour in between some calls and not get paid.       Good extra income. Flexible schedule.

      Kontras

      Terminate or disable account for a long period of time without considering the employees. Lack of technical support. When there is a call volume, they always find excuse to disable employees. If the customer complaint about their product, they punished the employees instead of improving the system.

      Felt bad for some of the customers who had ordered stuff from those infomercials and their cards were charged monthly for extra stuff. They called very angry.

      To make money with liveops you have to find out what part of the day gets the most call volume, also don't over schedule yourself.

      Once you learn everything greatly... you have the opportunity to make extra money

      The training is mostly unpaid so that's why its conflicting reviews. The 15 phone calls once you finish the rest of training is what you get paid for.

      No advice for now... except the training glitches. On more than one section I had to redo because it didn't count it nor would the option to just retake the test would work... & this is frustrating since one "question/part" could consist of 60 questions.
