Ich habe als Praktikant bei Lean Enterprise Institute gearbeitet (Weniger als ein Jahr)

    Pros

My time at LEI was really great. The company cares alot about each individual employee and even at the entry level, they try finding projects for you to work on that relate to things you want to learn or are interested in. As an employee you can go to any workshop on Lean topics (amazing opportunity for anyone working in business) and can directly interact with thought leaders from the Lean community. The atmosphere is very relaxed and hours can be flexible if need be. I would recommend it to anyone who likes to have a start-up-y atmosphere with senior people to learn from.

    Kontras

This is minor and a personal feeling, but the office is highly dedicated to practicing the Lean methodology themself as opposed to just teaching it. Great in principle, but sometimes I found there were too many processes and workflows to consult before getting to the task at hand.
