    Pros

    Great crew members, great perks, won’t send your bags to the carousel when non-revving, customers love Jetblue and always praised by the general public for the way we treat people.

    Kontras

    Local management and leadership can be terrible. Management drops the call on recoding call-outs and can get you in trouble with points. Leadership within the company has no idea what it’s like on the front line and makes some bone-headed decisions. Customers can write in made-up complainants to get voucher money and you can get in trouble for a made-up situation as leadership believes it must be true.

    Do better. Listen to your crew members. Stop being cheap by making your inflight crew members clean the plane and cutting back on catering and mint resources.

    Pros

    The Lodge is absolutely stunning! Most of the planes are beautiful and can win over customers alone. 95% of the people you work with are absolutely phenomenal and can become life long friends! You are able to make extra money with credit card sales! The flight benefits are awesome when you are able to use them!

    I just do not understand how anyone is expected to live comfortably making $1400 in Boston and New York the first 6 months. The first year was definitely a struggle especially being that I have other financial obligations back home. You also do not have great management at this company whatsoever. You kind of have to depend on your crew members to find out tools and get the proper resources. The "CARING" you see at... the lodge diminishes once you get out on the line sadly.

    Maybe you should stop hiring right now and listen to the needs of your current crew members. Being here I see why people want to quit/ look elsewhere after 2 years. You can do better!!!!

    The company itself gives back to the community, training you are set up with food, lodging and pay

    Kontras

    Managers never make it a point to get to know you (especially when you're brand new), 10hr "on-call" shifts that are unpaid

    Exciting period of growth with positive changes to product and routes. Generally little time spent on reserve Scheduling flexibility Flight benefits Employee benefits (medical, dental, vision, employee perks, public transportation allowance).

    Kontras

    Company sometimes struggles while navigating new changes and policies, which leads to frustration among employees. Handing of irregular winter operations improves very little from year to year. Poor relationship between Crew Scheduling and working crew. Not unusual for employees to feel that management "does not have their back."

    Taking an interest in crew opinions through surveys is positive and appreciated; frustration comes when it feels like crew feedback is not being heard.

    Pros

    New facilities, with delicious food. Family atmosphere. Positive support of troops - reservists and veterans alike. Safety first. Ever expanding company.

    Kontras

    Tough job to get used to at first. Long separations from home/loved ones at first. Hard to find a crash pad. Especially if you are older. I definitely had more issues with the crash pads (3 in 6 months) than the job itself.

    Very laid-back work atmosphere; No micromanagement; Wonderful crewmembers; Company as a whole is mindful & sustainable

    Starting pay is horrific and well below poverty line for flight attendants; Leadership is overwhelmed and disorganized; during irregular operations too many crewmembers are left with no hotel accommodations and totally neglected; no union so work rules are constantly changing, and verbiage is VERY gray and works in management's favor instead of crewmembers'.

    They have great travel benefits. Your travel companion and family can all fly for free. You can also fly in other airlines and fly internationally on other carriers after your 6 month probation

    Kontras

    The biggest con is that upper management can not be trusted. The work rules are in the grey. They seem to only be concerned with the customers. There is no union.
