    Pros

    As a fresher I joined inductees analytics division. From fresher point of view, It was good learning experience. I got good exposure to interact with clients directly. Work was not much hectic.

    Kontras

    As they are a big organization, There is no direct appreciation for better performance.

    If one is Lucky enough then He/She may get a team where there are great learning opportunities in terms of new technology and business knowledge.

    Manager's want to be treated as if they are the god for the employees. Manager's not ready to accept any positive and benefiting suggestion from the employees. Huge disparity between Campus hires and Lateral Hires. No training needs to be provided to lateral hires then to they are paid the worst. Client's get dissolved due to the activities and low knowledge level of managers then too at last it is the lower... level employees ho have to pay by getting not promoted and decreasing the rating level. Manager's prevent the employees those who have least technical knowledge and have spent more time in the organization. Because they can only remain for long and others who are at any good level in terms of knowledge leave the organization in at max 2- 2.5 years.

    Rat an das Management

    Start respecting the employees who really contribute for the projects/ clients. If it's upper management's job to bring in the client's it is those employees who provide and serve the clients with the best work and in a way make your relationship to exist for longer. Please get your Manager's/AVP's at least trained suct as PMP, etc.. They make the life of the employees under them like a hell.

    Pros

    Some learning opportunities are available, if you are lucky and are ready to learn everything on your own without any help from anyone.

    1. You can grow only if you know how to suck up to your managers. 2. Growth does not depend either on talent or hard work. 3. Upper management only cares about billing they are getting from client. Zero consideration for employees. 4. Good manager don't exist in this company. Consider yourself lucky if you get just a bad manager and not a worse one. 5. No policies to support female employees. Too much... discrimination against them. Even more for pregnant one. 6. Income disparity is too damn high. There is no lower limit on salary band for any level. They will hard negotiate for every penny. 7. Every policy in the company is either for cost cutting or for making employees work longer hours. E.g. recently started cab facility in Gurgaon office is scheduled to leave 1-2 hours after your usual office hours have ended. Most people finish their work and leave by 8PM but first cab leaves at 9PM. 8. You would always be ill-treated and be expected to put a happy face in front of everyone. 9. In case you decide to join, do not consider anyone your friend here. They will back-stab you so that they can grow by stepping over you.

    1. Have a backbone. Client is giving you money because you are delivering quality work. Stop treating yourself as slaves. 2. Replace all AVPs and above people with immediate effect, specially in your biggest UK bank client project. 3. Revenue number will hit a plateau if you don't treat your employees fairly. No company has ever grown without focusing on their employees. 4. Just grow a ear and listen to your... employee's problems so that things which should remain in meeting rooms do not come out on glassdoor. 5. Stop treating your employees as cattle. Economy flights have more space compared to your offices.

    Work is stress free and people are quite friendly.

    Biggest one: BPO culture Very few teams have good work.Most are reporting in the name of analytics.The appraisal and ratings mechanism is a joke, entirely depending on manager.Senior management is unresponsive and only listens when the employee is resigning. Facilities provided are the worst ever seen or heard.

    Flexible Timings, Good projects to work on after graduation Hire graduates only from top colleges. For graduates, 1-3 years of work-ex good enough to pursue post-graduation from a good business school For post-graduates, if satisfied or able to negotiate a good salary, great place to work coz of its flexible timings

Attracts talent from Latentview, E&Y, Genpact, Musigma, Evalueserve, Fractal Analytics, Absolutdata, Accenture, Amex, Cognizant, HSBC, TCS, ZS, WNS, Citi bank, etc

    Pathetic Working Environment Very Less Increment While Hiring many Promises will be made but all are fake

    - Work/Life Balance (in most projects). - Good Exit Options (experience value). - Domain Knowledge-Banking/Insurance/Utilities etc. (Although personal preferences are ignored). - Good for freshers.

    - BPO Environment . - Poor Compensation and Growth(well below market standards). - Poor Staffing process. (Skill set does not matter). - No Employee Engagement. - Policies getting worse every year.
