    1. If you wish to have freedom life at job, no work pressures from the boss, not allotting you tasks at job, having nothing to do at work sitting idle and getting salaries freely with showing regular attendance, then this job is best suitable for you. 2. If you are ready to sacrifice your previous experience and yourself wish not to utilize it anymore further and need govt sector like job, its absolutely designed... for you. 3. Can utilize out door work permission slips to enjoy if you have to go out on your personal work without deducting available leaves. 4. They will provide you pentium 2 or 3 desktop or laptops which were of 20 yrs old and obviously of no use, as they will not allot you work or any files related to profession to share with you. 5. As their desktops or laptops are similarly their attitude is. Your boss will not allow you to use upgraded latest version of software and intern force you to use 20 yrs back software. For example I was forced to use MS Project of 2000 version instead of 2018, told me that he would struggle to learn the upgraded software so that he forced me learn 2000 for him. 6. HBL is red-carpet for lazy people. If you are so, then its absolutely for you. 7. If you have trouble some situations in your horoscope, then your job during interview is surely confirmed for you in HBL. 8. There will be no technical part of interview as the top level management / interviewer lacks knowledge to question you. Will ask you only similar to hr, related to family members details expected salary etc. Easy to get job here. 9. In interview, your horoscope will be asked to provide to assess your troublesome in life(Financially, family problems etc.) and so that you need that job and will not leave allotted job in HBL. 10. Caste feelings play vital role here. If you are from top three communities, then things will be in your favor automatically. 11. If you are person of game changer, to change each and rule of company to your favor, then you are the winner there.

    "New joiners dont join HBL, current employees you have no job security, no increments, no career growth, no systematic management. Previous employees, my cheers to you. Zero star, not even range of single star rating, by default have to rate single star for reviewing process." 1. Looks like corporate culture but your boss will isolate your powers by making him / herself power centers. They will not allot you task... / work and make you to sit idle, discouraging your career day by day 2. Middle and low level management struggles hard to get work done and top level management(DGM, GM, VP, President) steals the credit before the board(Stake holders) to get increments for them-self and in return suggests the board to provide increment to him(the power centers) and not to the team by saving money to the company. 3. After 15-20 days of joining, you will be forcefully made signed on appointment letter in which it will be mentioned that no notice pay will be provided and they can remove you at any time of the employment and yours is a contract employment which gets renewed every two years, which is not disclosed at interview or offer letter. 3. HR is powerless and puppet who play according to the top level management or the stakeholders. 4. CTC will be shown higher but have much more hidden deductions, dont imagine with higher expectations. 5. Salaries will be provided one to one and half month delay. 6. Batteries is the only major share of profit, Apart from batteries manufacture, it doesnt have continuous long term orders in any of the other projects / other sectors. So its financial conditions are very week and cant pay salaries in time nor promise you permanent employment. 7. Though they are ready to remove you from the company, they will not say so, instead ask you to resign without providing even one rupee towards notice pay. 15-20yrs working employee and newly joined employee of one month with HBL has same situation and can be terminated on the spot without prior intimation. 8. Leaves will not be provided for first two months of new joiner and after that monthly two provided and will lapse every month if not used. 9. Yearly six public holidays are allowed and remaining all are working days. 10. Your boss not even discuses about the work with you weekly once or monthly twice. So nothing to worry about work here. 11. Factories and offices are located in remote areas(You cant get even your mobile signals) as per availability of cheapest lands for management. Travelling is challenging in traffic. Except for factory employees no transportation facilities provided for employees. 12. Your boss interacts with you for twice or thrice monthly, later ignores you to discourage you at the job to isolate you for the reasons best known to him. 13. He do all your work without allotting work to you and steals credit from management for his increments 14. Company is doing cost cutting measures currently and has implementation of manpower cutting @10-12 members monthly. 15. You will not allotted any work but finally they will made you not suitable to that post and resign to go out of HBL forcefully. 16. Management dont know why they interviews regularly, welcome new employees, send out their employees without reason very often.

    Management habituated to listen fake stories by top level employees. You(Chairman) knew all the things well but are helpless because situation is out of control as you have implemented power center culture by stealing powers of HR as an example.
