    Pros

    - Very open, no BS culture
    - Smart and passionate engineers
    - Cross-functional teams
    - Recent stack: Java 8, Node, React, Docker, Kubernetes, GCP
    - Great engineering practices: Continuous Delivery, microservices, infrastructure as code
    - Single office in the heart of Berlin

    Kontras

    - Fast growth and all the pains that come with it: manager/team/scope changes multiple times a year
    - Semi-defined structures and processes, which, however, gives freedom to shape things and make fast decisions

    - ich hatte viel Verantwortung von Beginn an (als Einsteiger)
    - Team und Kollegen war im gleichen Alter und hat super gepasst
    - Gehalt war für die Start-Up Szene okay

    - manchmal schon eher verplante Teamführung
    - 50h+ trotz 40h-Vertrag

    Auch die Seite der Mitarbeiter betrachten. Mitarbeiter sind das eigentliche Kapital. Nicht nur auf Wachstum achten.

    Pros

    My team and colleagues are amazing, from all over the world, and share the same love for travel as I do.
    We get to report directly into product which means we have a constant flow of product improvements that come straight from customer feedback.
    My department is growing rapidly which means I have a lot of opportunity to grow and develop professionally.

    With any high growth business comes a lack of processes but this also means a lot more freedom.

    Pros

    - Shifts are very manageable (no later than 10pm finishes)
    - Constant improvements implemented, and in the works
    - The people are all very friendly and helpful
    - Everyone has a voice
    - Plenty of room for growth
    - Frequent meetings with Team Leads
    - Clear communication between agents and management in Customer Service
    - Customer Service department is becoming more included with the rest of the company

    Kontras

    - Many different processes and systems to learn (but this is changing very soon)
    - Not everyone is enthusiastic about the positive changes, this seems to make it very challenging to move forward.
    - HR are quite disorganised in their processes

    Keep the changes coming, it's clearly turning into a fantastic place to work. Can't wait to see where we are in a few months time.

    Pros

    GoEuro is a fast paced growing company with a high potential and an amazing pool of talent. People are incredibly smart and creative and in most cases very passionate about the product. The benefits are great, as well as the learning opportunities.

    Kontras

    The company is still developing it's culture and trying to bring its values to full speed. Communication and cross team collaboration is still a work in progress, but there is a lot of initiative and interest top-down to make it better.

    Pros

    - Slick interview process, it moved quickly, was conducted by people who knew the role and business really well. I was made to feel comfortable and process moved along smoothly. I was kept in the loop throughout.
    -The team, are really strong and good at their roles, there are no ego's however and it made me feel valued and capable getting involved early.
    -Experience stakeholders. the senior managers at GoEuro know their stuff and are open to ideas. It make me feel like I'm in an environment that I can learn in but also contribute.
    -Great location for the office in heart of Berlin, vibrant office with a relaxed but focused atmosphere.
    -I'd recommend working at GoEuro

    Kontras

    -Growing pains of a start-up moving into a more advanced stage of the companies development, this can make things seem chaotic. Always ask if you want to know how to do something, the team are friendly and on hand to help

    Keep up the good work but make sure you continue to be open and communicate changes. The move from start-up into next phase will be a great challenge.

    Ich habe in Vollzeit bei GoEuro gearbeitet

    Pros

    - There is always work to do. You can never get bored in this company.
    - When you start there is no honeymoon/bench period. Things move fast here.
    - Many many opportunities to spot, improve and grow.
    - The salary is really not bad and quite competitive to the market. No complains in that aspect as well.

    Kontras

    - Very rude people in the company. The company culture is really disrespectful. Guys in Tech and especially product are very very aggressive, rude and laying a bad ground level.
    - There are many sexist/'sub- conscious' racist jokes that spoil the company culture.
    Its not at all a racist company and is very diverse but some people need to be very careful of their 'jokes'.

    You have a great product and great minds working in the company.
    However the focus is just not on people but on GBV unfortunately.
    Focus on people would mean being respectful, let people speak and not interrupting, not being aggressive towards females, avoid some sensitive jokes. The whole people aspect is missing.

    Nice people and easy going

    Extremely bad management ideas,
    specially what so called LEAD cycle.
    Very very low pay, (for males and females),yes they apply the rules of equal pay to all of them,way below market minimum.
    Thanks God i used to work for more than 8 hours, they liked me but of course never paid.. no surprise, they start counting after 8 hours actually !
    many many more to write.. i am tired of writing, but you can go and try !
