    The pay is good and the co-workers are helpful.

    Kontras

    Work/life balance there isn't one. Plan on not having a summer. They work 12 days on and 2 days off every spring thru fall. Management and supervisors are aweful. Into the blame game rather then fixing the problem. Expect to work 16 hr days on little to no notice. If someone calls in to work the least senior person has to stay and cover for them. If you like money and having no life then this job is for you.

    Good Pay, Manufacturing with 8 hour shifts, lots of OT

    Kontras

    Lots of OT, poor management

    Rat an das Management

    Stop arguing over who's fault it is and work as an actual team to solve the problems. Fully staff the floor and try and keep a Supervisor for more than a month.

    You need to open your eyes to what goes on in the work areas! As a proud lesbian I was harassed by an individual after exiting the woman’s restroom. This individual thought it was funny to crack a joke about me when I walked by, then laughed loudly and then coworkers laughed as well. Being that this person sits right outside the restroom, a good day at work for me is when they are out of the office. That’s sad. I thought about going to HR, but after learning that the coworker who laughed at their joke was a manager, what was the point? I learned that I’m not the only person who suffers from these types of jokes and laughter. They are known to be loud, obnoxious and most people find this disruptive behavior very distracting and annoying. But yet, GAF management does nothing but bury their heads in the sand!!!

    Train your middle management to respect employees, monitor their employees behaviors and end the free for all bad behavior that goes on. It’s embarassing to you as a company!!! All people are created equal, should be treated equally and do have equal rights that should not be checked at the door in order to come to work each day.
