    The people are by far the best thing, although the majority are unhappy and ready to move on at the first chance.

    Made promises about pay, shares etc that were never going to be fulfilled so why offer in the first place? Theres a handful of sales people at the top, that have been there the longest that are making all the money, everyone else is slogging it out through the CRM, cold calling to try find a possible sale. Systems are terrible and managers are pushy and back stabbing and happy to advocate a bullying culture for people...

    Great product, but decide where you want to take the business and stick to it. Boiler room sales culture is out dated and boring now, try innovate like the other FinTechs are.

    - a great company to learn and take on responsibility early on in your career - if you are interested in finance you will learn an unbelievable amount - the CEO is legend - very very supportive employees - very experienced senior management

    - A group of generally talented and enthusiastic individuals, creating a fun and sociable workplace. - A good place to build industry connections and enter the fintech eco-system - Potential to become a great company if more professionalism and experience is brought in at senior management level.
