    Pros

    Reasonably good experience as a first job. Young team from several different backgrounds provided good inputs. Was able to understand how different departments worked and were connected.

    Kontras

    There were no prospects of career advancement in the company and salaries reflected that. Instead of valuing experience of in-house employees, policy of reduced costs meant teams were constantly changing.

    To create incentives for employees to want to stay in the company more than 18 months or 2 years.

    Multinational environment, yearly bonus according to perfomance indicators, company events twice a year, birthday day off, great Christmas hamper, !

    Kontras

    Management problems: teams' problems (IT issues, tasks processes, Human Ressources matters), poorly or not solved, very submissive to countries hiring the center. Very high rotativity of employees - loss of know-how and weak training of new members.

    Rat an das Management

    Motivate employees by empowering them to make any necessary changes to perfect processes. Reduce the huge (!) pay gap between colleagues of same team and department.
