    Ok benefits, most people a nice and work hard

    Kontras

    Bad behavior is rewarded with bonuses and promotions. Nepotism is out of control. I’ve never seen so many people leave for happy hour at 3pm when the work day ends at 5.

    Hours, ability to work from home when necessary, PTO is generous, great learning environment, upbeat environment

    Kontras

    Lack of training, management plays favorites, certain team members read magazines all day while others pick up the slack, good workers are unappreciated and a lot of them have moved on.

    Pay attention to who is doing the work and reward them, bring back bonuses... they shouldn’t just be for sales staff.

    Good steady work flow, nice do workers, work remotely when necessary

    Avp doesn’t respect others often and shows favoritism. I heard him yelling at another employee several times and nothing was done about it. Bank seems to promote bad behavior. He was reported to higher ups previously for similar issues.

    Pros

    You end up not only really enjoying your own team, but other teams as well. This place hires a lot of really wonderful people, who are fun and easy to interact with inside and outside of work. That's unusual in my book.

    Leadership doesn't lead. They manage from issue to issue and there seems to be no real strategy. Everyone is in the boat along for the ride it seems. People become enabled by that so you run into people who will tell you "not my job" or people who think everything is in their wheelhouse whether they know what they're doing or not. That kind of culture breeds a lot of fake it till you make it type leaders which is... dangerous.

    Lead (or get out of the way). Honestly you cannot be afraid to make tough decisions and remember that everyone is expendable. And pay closer attention to the talent you have around you. The best leaders ask questions, engage people, make decisions collaboratively, and operate with absolute integrity. From the top all the way to the bottom this company could be the next Capital One with a few tweaks, and I'm holding... out hope that happens. I know a lot of people are.

    Wonderful staff. Pay is OK. Benefits are OK.

    Kontras

    Overworked, overloaded, not enough people to adequate perform job. Very, very short staffed - causing insomnia and anxiety in several coworkers. High expectations of loyalty from upper management without reciprocity. Poor business decisions have and are putting the company in jeopardy. Concern about the future due to these decisions. The "door is always open" policy isn't - we know better than to ask... questions or provide constructive input. Encouraged form work from home yet it is still frowned upon. Very confusing. Cost cutting measure are constant, yet the extravagance of upper management is blatant and embarrassing.

    Walk the walk, talk the talk. Remember your roots and take care of your people. Employees who feel appreciated are known to perform better. Bring on additional employees to spread the load - working smarter doesn't mean cutting corners.
