Crytek changed over the years. Of course they are still some things to get better and doesn't work optimally, but the changes are more than positive. -Crytek supports employees as good as possible and I appreciate it. -You can now decide to work either remote or in the office. This allowed me to manage my private life as well as work related topic as efficient as possible. There is not a single day where I have to juggle between private life and work due to being in the office. Remote does help! You can decide where to work from! This helped me also to reduce stress. -Since the inflation is increasing, Crytek even adjusted/increased our salaries overall, so they do care and listen to their employees. Of course changes doesn't take place always immediately, but they do their best to make everyone happy. -If you are new in the Industry Crytek is one of the best places to start, since you will have all the chances and support from management and your colleagues to grow and learn. -Even as an experienced developer you have the opportunity working on amazing projects like Crysis, Hunt, CRYENGNE just to name a few.

- As someone who just started their career path after university, I had no trouble at all adjusting to the work culture at Crytek. I had a very warm welcome and I am getting along perfectly with my colleagues within my department and also from other departments. - There were a lot of trainings and onboarding sessions and activities that helped me at the start of the job. I was able to learn really quickly. Even if there are things that I am unsure about, leads always make the time to help you and listen to you. - The office is very nice and welcoming and beautifully designed. Unfortunately, due to Covid, it is quite empty these days, but I still enjoy it everytime I come by. - The amount of work I have is nicely balanced. There is not too much that I need to put in extra hours, but still enough to fill the day. Tasks are interesting and demanding. Basically, every day is different to the other, since I handle a lot of individual cases and situations.

Crytek war und ist meiner Meinung nach immer noch ein toller Arbeitgeber. Es ist immer leicht auf dem Management rumzuhacken. Ja, es gibt defizite hier und da; diese gibt es aber in jedem Unternehmen. Crytek bietet für seine Mitarbeiter einiges an Vorteilen; vom Jobticket, Sprachkursen, Wohnungen, Mitgliedschaft im Fitnessclub, Umzug, Betreuung der Familien, Behördengänge usw. Sie scheuen keine Kosten gute Mitarbeiter zu rekrutieren, allerdings jammern die meisten auf einem sehr hohen Niveau.

Es gibt fantastische Menschen; cool und talentiert. Auch gibt es geile Projekte. Dazu sind sowohl HR als IT fantastische hilfsbereite Teams. Auch sind Menschen aus anderen Teams bereit dich zu helfen bei deiner persönlichen Weiterentwicklugn. Und wer findet es in so einem Atmosphere nicht geil um an AAA Spiele zu arbeiten? Dazu gibt es natürlich die selbst-entwickelte Engine und damit geile Technologien um die Projekte so gut wie möglich zu verfollständigen.
