    Culture: Everyone is friendly, including top management/leadership. The CEO talks to everyone in the company on a regular basis. Good work life balance. CMCO gives a lot to charities which I like. Perks: Brand new vending systems with fresh food brought daily, building is new and really nice, everyone has powered stand/sit desks, good 401k matching and benefits, tuition reimbursement Lots of activities:... Wellness Wednesday, 50/50 Raffles, Ride for Roswell, holiday parties, 'Weenie Wednesday' cookouts in the summer, Buffalo Bisons games, basket raffles, etc.

    The "Pros' are the workers. That's it. The below review that says the CEO talks to everyone? That's wrong....unless you sit outside his office where he passes you as he walks by. Oh yeah, they got a new vending system. Yay. HR solicits reviews from the new hires and interns....before they've really had time to see the true CM, so dont believe half of what they say.

    Caring people who want the business to succeed. Good pay. Can grow if you have initiative. Everyone works hard at this company so a strong work ethic is required.

    Benefits could be better. (vacation/sick time). Too much gossip and not enough facts happening so more communication between mgmt and employees.

    Very strong vision for the company under Mark Morelli. 2 years of record breaking results, which the teams are very excited about. Company makes decisions quickly and is focusing on 80/20 simplification.

    Upper management is arrogant, patronizing, plays favorites and is disrespectful . Promotions are handed out to employees who are promiscuous and or display similar poor qualities. Hard work is not rewarded. Someone needs to set a clear tone to the leaders at CMCO this culture that has been going on for years needs to change. No one that works here can honestly say they love their job in this horrible environment

    Pros

    A lot of people are great to work with. Many opportunities to give back to the community. With new CEO there is a clear direction for the company.

    Kontras

    No opportunities for advancement unless some quits or is fired. There is also no development process to help employees get more experience and grow in their careers. Politics are rampant at the executive and middle management levels. If you don't feed into the game, you can't become a favorite and advance, even if you're more skilled than others. Employees who demonstrate what others think are negative qualities... are often praised for them.

    -There are some nice people who work there, getting fewer and fewer these days. -Benefits are standard compared to other companies.

    -Little to no advancement opportunities. -Low pay scale. -Directors show too much favoritism.
