    Pros

    The pros is that the people are great. The idea that they had in the beginning was great

    Kontras

    The biggest issue is lack of communication from management. When your sales team asks for help you should probably do so. The sales director is in the seat as more a trophy object than someone who can actually build a solid team. Both the CEO and CFO have lied to investers about the sales numbers in order to secure more funding. I feel bad for those who have given Manoj millions of dollars for this product.

    Advice for the board you need to do a deeper dive into what is happening with your executive team and your management team. You need to clean house the ship is sinking hope you have a life boat somewhere

    Pros

    Smart people, good pay for a startup, very novel and powerful approach to the data business. They're very well funded as well. Everyone is extremely bright.

    Kontras

    In multiple instances, they are very very quick to terminate employees (even by startup standards). There is no review, discipline, or improvement process. Several of my colleagues weren't even aware there was an issues until they had been 'let go' because of it.

    Rat an das Management

    You can do more with someone than show them the door. Try to develop people instead of taking them at face value and just squeezing work out of them until they're no longer useful.
