    great mission and values that the school stands for, a lot of potential to achieve great things if only there was better cohesiveness and culture of respect.

    Emphasis on growth without investment in growth resources. The mission and values of the organization contradict the actions of its leaders. Culture of bullying and toxic relationships.

    CDU is a great place to work. Since the university is in the midst of a strategic plan for growth their is unlimited opportunity for professional development and skills training.     Upper management is beyond horrible. Provost does not do his job, does not care about his staff and runs everyone in positions below him to the ground. President is just a pawn, a statue in a position but is never on campus and takes more paid vacations than anyone in administration.     Charles R. Drew University is a struggling institution but it presents one with the opportunity to aid in its path to stability and excellence. The location and mission add to the value as it serves to provide for critical needs in the area. There is room for upward mobility if your willing to put forth hard work to help actualize the CDU mission and vision.

    The institution is very unstable, with constant turnover, poor leadership, lack of proper work space, no education credits or incentives to increase one's growth. A vast majority of the staff and faculty are disengaged and disgruntled. It felt as if one had to "survive" the institution and "put their time in".
