    Work from home.. they provide an entire home office, freedom to make your own hours, GAS CARD, 500 car allowance, ipad.

    Lack of organization with the outside sales program, no structure, consistently changing the processes. seems like they were trying to figure out what to do with all of the outside reps and were overwhelmed, meanwhile they have 50 outside reps trying to figure things out on there own

    Unrealistic sales expectations, they play favorites heavily, pay is not great for the amount of work that they expect. I would say the management is the most disappointing- they continuously hire from within so no one has ever really had management experience at a successful company- so they tend to overcompensate by either micromanaging or disappearing for days at a time, and all of the answers are scripted across the...

    Listen to your outside sales team a little more. Most are disgruntled and looking elsewhere, but back in Kansas you can choose to overlook it and pretend like everyone loves being with GTM when that is sadly not the case.

    - Friendly coworkers - Offers 100% customer satisfaction - Continuously trying to grow

    - Inconsistent communication and messages - Low pay - They offer 100% customer satisfaction, but they mess up orders so much that it doesn't really matter. If they minimized the mistakes made, they wouldn't have to focus half their time trying to fix what went wrong - Unbelievable backorder problems - Poor management - Market research of sales analysis and forecasts are based of inaccurate and/or irrelevant data
