Ich habe für mehr als 8 Jahre bei Catholic Health Initiatives gearbeitet (Vollzeit)

    Pros

$$, co-workers, benefits, flexible hours but too many

    Kontras

Crazy expectations!!! Micro Management / Bullying / Playground mentality. God awful hours! $2 for on call?!

    Rat an das Management

Pray that God is really not vengeful. Your management is why you lose the best people.

    Pros

Steady and great people to work with.

    Kontras

Management is clueless on long term, too much reliance on consultants.

    Rat an das Management

Drop the consultants, grow your team so they can handle the work

    □ Thank you for your comments. Due to the rapid changes in health care and within CHI, CHI has worked with consultants. We’ve had many learning experiences along the way. As a result, we continue to improve upon the relationships we have with consultants and the role they serve. ...

Ich arbeite seit mehr als 3 Jahren bei Catholic Health Initiatives (Vollzeit)

    Pros

The people at the operational level are wonderful to work with. Most are very cooperative and work with you to solve problems.

    Kontras

Processes and procedures are not always clear when initially implemented therefore making it difficult to perform duties at a high level and come up with process improvement. Most process is handled at a high level having most operational resources left out to follow and have no say in how to improve the process even though they work it on a daily basis. There are no clear career paths, minimal promotions, you have...

    Rat an das Management

VP and C level management needs to develop a trust in operational level employees and not hire consultants when a process is perceived to be broken, maybe it just needs minor alignment. Address process before hiring and laying off resources.

Ich arbeite seit mehr als einem Jahr bei Catholic Health Initiatives ()

    Pros

Good people working in the trenches

    Kontras

Executives are out of touch, and use consultants to make their decisions...

    Rat an das Management

Move out, and let someone who knows large enterprise management have the job.

Ich arbeite seit mehr als 3 Jahren bei Catholic Health Initiatives (Vollzeit)

    Pros

Benefits are very good. Decent work/life balance. The goal of making people healthy is noble. Great location. What you do can make a difference for sick people.

    Kontras

Give away hundreds of millions of dollars in charity yet to reduce costs they gut their payroll. No accountability at C level, they are rewarded for mistakes. C level does have any representation for IT. Some groups are woefully unprofessional and do not represent the values the company portrays. Supported ObamaCare but did not understand that it would gut their bottom line. Reducing headcount aggressively, sometimes...

    Rat an das Management

Be accountable to your employees and customers. The reality is CHI has a bad reputation for a reason and that reason is leadership's failures.

Ich habe bei Catholic Health Initiatives gearbeitet ()

    Pros

Employee friendly, very friendly to women, flexible work schedules

    Kontras

Average to below average pay, not usually amenable to working remotely, no place to eat lunch locally - you have to drive somewhere or sack it, no cafeteria in the building

    Rat an das Management

You need to consolidate all three buildings in the Meridian area
