    Social events. Many good people trying hard to do well. Time off for volunteer work.

    I should have heeded the warning signs. Management lacks professionalism and integrity. Lack of team environment. Lack of established process for completing work. No onboarding, training or opportunity for professional growth. They boast about culture and employees as an asset, but ping-pong tables and a brewery don't make a culture and leadership prevents any suggestion or change for the better. Good employees...

    If you want projects to be successful, listen to your employees, they are your best advocates. If you don't retain the talent you've hired, take a good look at why and make changes for the better. Stop shifting teams and processes and instead invest in your hard-working talent. Long-time employees got you in this mess, why keep promoting them and doing the same thing and expecting a different results (thats insanity).
