    Met good people there, great friendships started.

    No professional growing. Unreal deadlines. Lot of Overtime work required, unpaid. Childhish management from Human Resources department. Even that I was constantly praised because of my performance, never received any increment in salary nor position.

    The people here are very nice and they have pretty good benefits.

    Kontras

    They do not pay their employees what they deserve. The schedules for deadlines get unrealistic and they want to make last minute changes and keep the same deadlines which ultimately causes you to miss them. Also the training for new employees is super sub-par.

    - Only if this is going to be your first job - Efficient in-house tools - Hours per week, fair enough

    - No plan career at all - A lot of managers have their position just because the top management think they are indicated (without any prove) or just because they have many years in the company. - Managers tend to not recognizing the goals of the engineers - No repercussion against useless engineers/managers - Lack of leadership (managers) - Only the headquarters has the best installations

    None if you're not in sales except casual dress is allowed - in that the dress code is not really enforced.

    Sales driven organization. Sales staff are highly rewarded for bringing no value to the process while design is repeatedly required to polish turds. Design staff is not well trained nor mentored - the business prefers to hire new college graduates, burn them out, then hire new ones instead of investing in the new hires. Corporate has decided to pour all the resources into ineffective "homemade" software that removes all influence designers have over the product in an attempt to marginalize the input of design professional. Designers (engineers) are seen as a necessary evil to sales and management are are compensated accordingly. Management/sales lack the accountability that design/engineering has and thus repeatedly demand designers to perform in ways that are morally and ethically suspect. Management is not professional. Employees are praised in private and punished publicly. There is little regard for a work-life balance. There is a fundamental lack of respect for people as professionals or even respect for people as people. HR is asleep at the wheel. Personnel issues are swept under the rug and not addressed. Those who do not "drink the Kool-Aid" flavor of the month are treated as though they are the problem instead of any doubts or blame cast upon management.
