    The physical structure of the place was ok.

    BRF is a very disorganized company. No one is responsible for anything. To solve a small problem, you need to talk to about 20 people, because the processes do not have a responsible person. The tools of work are outdated and the home-office ends up being hampered by the fact that the computers are desktop. When it comes to communication in team, the contact of the internal team with the external one is almost zero,... being quite impersonal the work relationships. Anyway, I would not recommend it to anyone.

    First define who is responsible for what. Strengthen accountability among the team, which I consider fundamental for a good working environment, generating greater agility and respect among people. Another thing, look at people as people and not as numbers. Consider hiring newly formed people is very important, however it is important to understand how much this person is prepared to take management position.

    Good entry point for young high potential future leaders 'if you can deliver.' Pay is reasonable, chance to work with talented and good professional people.

    Really long working hours and demanding work environment. Company prefer to hire young and dynamic employees who can give more discretionary effort. No work life balance nor job security. No real leadership development or training plan.

    Pros

    Open door policy: people are easily accessible on all levels. Multinational friendly environment, lots of talented people. Good standards for labor, their safety and comfort. Some departments are pretty good to work at.

    Absence of work and life balance, ever increasing workload without increasing of FTEs. Lack of clear processes in all departments. Departments are not aligned from processes point of view, reaponsibilities are unclear between departemtns. A lot of unneccesaary policies and actions coming from Brazil, but they are far away from local realities. No clear career paths, no investment into development of employees. No... bonus or salary increase. No motivation. People are unhappy and stressed

    To invest into people: their development, well- being. To have adequate amount of people per departments to cover all the tasks in a normal manner. To have strong policies and procedures and constantly work on simpkifying them and truly innovating the way we work. To fine managers if they employees are constantly staying late. People is your main asset. Take good care of them Increase social programs of giving... back to community. Stop giving preferences to Brazilian. BRF needs people with local exposure and expirience. Equalize the salaries among expats and non expats

    BRF is a company with so many good things, like the positive energy and the really very low hierarchical structure, open door policy at all times (no offices has doors at all) they believe in youth and their potential, the expansion and the exposure you get while working in BRF is invaluable.

    Lack of structured processes which leads to lack of transparency regarding career development that demotivates people. too much innovative ideas that we tend to forget the basics.
