    The people are some of the most intelligent, friendly and competent I've met. In every other organisation in which I've worked, I've met plenty of people incapable of sufficiently carrying out even the basic of their responsibilities.     Learn by doing - you get opportunities & responsibility early (no 2 year grad scheme). There's enough new things to do that it doesn't get boring. Great co-workers, helpfulness/collaboration is a genuine part of the culture and you can rely on others for support. There are real friendships at work Great people to learn from - people really know their platforms, the tiny details and how to get the most out of them....

      - Perks - A large reason many employees still work here is the perks. There is definitely space to improve (such as health insurance), but having breakfast and lunch provided, exercise classes, a gym subsidy etc. does make work life more enjoyable. - People - Brainlabs does a great job in hiring amazing people.       If you really want to 'be the best company to work for in the whole world', pay a fair, better salary and people will be happier. Have continuous training for all employees, monitor workloads (not just through the workload capacity sheet), and improve the perks. If you want to continue hiring and retaining amazing people, things have to change, otherwise people will realise its not all what you claim.

      You've lost sight of your initial vision that made Brainlabs so great - it's now a company with okay-ish perks, progression and staff happiness (whilst paying below the average for this industry). This is hardly hitting the aim of being the best place to work. Go back to what you know, keep the employees happy (even if this is at a larger scale), as they are your most valuable assets.

        Brainlabs is great is lots of ways, but you need to follow through with regard to making changes off the back of what your employees are saying. There’s a huge and consistent capacity problem in client facing teams that isn’t going to be solved with focus groups. There needs to be less work per person, experienced hires and less churn at a senior level (frankly, this could be achieved with people being paid a bit more).

        Perhaps re evaluate your current staff and whether they talk about others behind their back - maybe ask that they keep their WhatsApp groups less “bitchy”? Secondly, maybe allow anonymous feedback that people operations can’t see, so people actually feel comfortable to say when someone’s made them feel pretty bad
