    Entirely 100% work from home Reasonable pay considering the ease of work, working from home

    - Absolutely flat structure, unless your dream role is to be a manager purely for the sake of being a manager, there is nothing and no role or positions above you worth being promoted into. -Extremely monotonous, robotic work that never changes, uninspiring, dull and constantly tedious. - No sense of purpose. - The previous London management was great but got kicked out and forcibly replaced by Meta - and the new management and manager was toxic and incompetent - You work in silos. Working 100% from home and never meeting your colleagues isn’t always a pro, it can sometimes be a con as well - Pretty sure Upday is a sinking ship.

    Dear Employee, we are very sad and concern by reading your comment above. About the Point you mentioned in Contras, we are totally aware that this might be the situation at the moment but we are working consistency and reaching milestones into the implementation of a new internal promotion model for the entire organisation. With out partner Lattice we are creating levels, salary bands, structure and internal promotion policy. This will be communicated in the following months. About the monotonous tasks I would recommend you to discuss this with your direct manager in your next 1:1. I am sure this could be changed if you share your concerns and expectations to him. We do have a nice long term strategy, we are expanding as a company and we will communicate the commpany goals in a very short time.
