    Pros

    Great team work overall. Very seldom do you see the C-levels working so well as a team. There's no ego, you could literally walk up to anyone and tell them your ideas or constructive criticisms.

    Kontras

    In the effort to roll things out quickly, sometimes things are not thought out enough resulting in constant changing of directions especially where customers are concerned. This is expected in an agile environment but could be done better.

    Pros

    If you're a fresh or mid-level developer this is a good company for you to gain tech and cultural diversities. We will have the chance to work with new techs and with good developers and tech leaders.

    Kontras

    Used to have a better culture but now everything is revenue driven, no focus on the well-being of the employees at all. We were overworked, tasks are not planned everything was like a landslide. Our superiors are a yes-man no matter how ridiculous are the requests from higher management they are okay with it. We have a fair share of environmental issues with complicated tech stacks. Almost everyday developers faced some random issues on infrastructure. We have great tech managers and project managers but zero people managers. Took advantage of employees by introducing a share-based bonus instead of cash-based previously.

    Fast moving environment. Hands-on learning. Able to learn a lot during my 3 years in the company.

    Lack of product focus, ever increasing revenue targets.
