Nothing They are doing some illegal activity; like they are using all piracy OS and software even server software also

CEO is from India and he is scolding Indian with some Slang language. CEO’s brother is not an employee in eMatrix Knowledge Solutions, but he is coming to office and illegally he is doing mental harassment. He is trying to be the owner of this company, he is making daily basis new plan to sack employee for that he is doing unnecessary harassment and blaming to someone else. He is calling some employee from other company to work in eMatrix, actually that employee can’t work same time in both company. If you join then don’t expect your full salary and after resign you can’t expect release letter, both brother will start giving new work and last day they will start handover process and trying to blame and then they will threat like police case FIR or police investigation etc. In this company actually no software work, if any software resource joins then they will start giving some other work except software work.

Employees are good. Even senior employees treat you as friend.

1) Worst thing is the management. Top management changes rules every week. They treat employee as their slave. Employees are mentally harassed by top management. 2)Unethical HR rules. HR does not have any power and is used to deploy all those unethical rules. 3)Employees from junior to senior are humiliated by top management. No job security. They fire employee with one day notice period and force employee to leave the office. 4)Monotonous work and heavy workload. Ppl have to work from home or work in weekend if they cannot complete the target (no one can complete the target). 5)They don't give Appointment Letter even after 6 months of joining. Even if employee serve notice period, they harass employee for release letter. They also harass for last month's salary. 6)No PF, ESI, Gratuity, Incentive or Bonus. No performance evaluation. 7)Very negative environment. I have never seen any happy employee in this organisation.
