    Pros

    Good stepping stone for fresh grads if you're willing to learn. Or if you're just looking for somewhere comfortable to "settle" - Look busy, collect pay checks and never volunteer anything. You'll succeed if you're a people's person, an independent learner and keeping yourself out of the limelight. 20 days annual leave is a welcome "bonus".

    Kontras

    Professional growth is limited. Company outlook seems grey. Turnover is high. The nature of the job doesn't require someone with solid experience, hence staff retention isn't a priority. Bonus is rare. No AWS. No other monetary perks unless you're a sales staff - but even then, be prepared to be grilled hard and expect micromanagement by your boss. You'll need to have a real thick skin and strong hard to survive this. Basically, staff welfare is the lowest priority.
