    HR were amazing when going through some personal issues, which resulted in substantial leave. For that, thank you!

    Worked here for 5 years, no career progression whatsoever. The wages are criminal. There are no processes in place for anything, you just hope someone has done it before and will help. I had several meetings with management pointing out the areas which needed reviewing as it was causing on-going problems within my team, every single one ignored. You are not rewarded for your efforts. Our team desperately needed... more people but management refused to hire, which heavily impacted our work load and SLA's. I stayed behind everyday for a month to keep my teams head above water, only to be given a muffin for a reward! This was a far better company when it was viglen, but management now is appauling. No yearly reviews either. As other reviews said, they really do just hire anyone coming in of the street. Left and on 10k more, doing far less. Have some self respect and avoid.

    You get out of it what you put in. Work hard and you get the rewards.

    As others have said, communication is needing work. That said it is getting better all the time and XMA keep on improving in all areas.
