    Pros

    Private company with slow but steady growth. Everyone works only from 8AM-5PM. You can take off right at 5PM!! But HAVE to be in the office by 8AM.

    Kontras

    Poor compensation when compared to the electronics industry (no stocks, very little bonus) Very hard to go up the ladder as the management team is either in Watertown, SD or Waldenburg, Germany and prefer to have people who are local. Very limited innovation as designers are not open to new concepts/ideas and are complacent in what they have been doing for several years.

    Benefits are some of the best in the area. Company fosters an environment for personal growth and attitudes of most are moving in a positive direction.

    Kontras

    Office building needs to be updated. Flow of information among managers lacks at times. If they were more in line, information passed down to employees would improve.

    Rat an das Management

    The company has two presidents. The one in Watertown is often in Watertown, but needs to be out in the office area more. The one from California visits, but very infrequently. Would like to see him in Watertown more, as this is the HQ for the global company.
