Most of the Business analysts, managers have some kind of superiority complex, they think they own the company and the people working there. Their behavior is always rude and derogatory. You will be treated like some third world person. If you can let go of your self-respect; this is the apt place for you. 3. Their policies are not well... defined, you might find yourself in a free float a lot many times.
