Pros

VMware has a broad portfolio and is resonating with what their customers are looking for. Their employees are active, engaged, passionate and overall some of the best people and teammates I have ever had the opportunity to work with. They have excellent benefits and a fantastic culture around supporting their employees. If you are interested in a new technology, they are usually pretty open to moving you to that team or just supporting you in learning it. I never ran into any challenges and with the amount of experts at VMware I could always find someone willing to help me out.

Customers are genuinely interested in the VMware vision. - THE BEST benefits. From 18 weeks maternity/paternity (don't have to take all at once), to funds for extra learnings (i.e. conferences, courses) - Great learning environment (2 trainings/week)
