My Line Manager is awesome. He is probably why I stay. The work itself is absolutely amazing and the site interactions are fulfilling.

The company is reinventing the wheel and taking their employees with them. There is ZERO work/life balance. As a CRA, you will have no say in your assignments and the locations. They will hire you for one region and change it without thought/consideration. They are currently implementing a new monitoring model across the company and it is not being done well. People are unhappy and the leadership keep running around sayin "Isn't this great?" Toxic positivity. I don't know if this is a PPD thing or TFS. My entire onboarding cohort is gone from 2.5 years ago. I'm now looking elsewhere.
