Pros
Good people. Reasonable and nice environment. Excellent Location. Underground heated parking. Very secure and friendly amenities. ATM, dry cleaners, gym, cafeteria and other food amenities on location.
Kontras
Management is poor with sadly lacking people skills. This is probably mostly due to mismanagement from supervisors in Chicago and New Jersey. They have no concept of the day-to-day realities of business in KC and just rely on their textbook scenarios. No chance of advancement except for a few selected individuals. For an example, I submit that the CEO left last year for a position in sunny California. My supervisor (an Art Director) was replaced by someone who has her sights set on the CEO office and beyond. They don't care about extra duties and time you put in. You can be replaced with the tap of a few phone buttons, even while you are on vacation. The company was sold 4 times and went from 450+ employees to 21 in the ten years I was there. Been there. Heads up!
