Ich arbeite seit mehr als einem Jahr bei Sage Intacct -Vollzeit
Pros
- Everyone is helpful, ambitious, and hard working, even beyond the SDR team
- Pre-covid, there were lots of events and the office had a great social dynamic
- You gain lots of experience learning how to speak with C-level executives
- Getting familiarized with using Salesforce
- Great way to get your foot/experience in the SaaS/corporate world
Kontras
As an SDR, it's usually expected to have to grind. However, with COVID hitting, expectations have increased since the overall business environment has gotten tougher. Dial quota count got pushed up and quota has not changed, if not increased from what I heard from colleagues who have been SDRs at the org longer than I have. Micromanaging seems to also be a thing- my direct manager is great, however it seems like upper management is pressuring the SDR managers to check in with us 4 times throughout the day- it kind of feels like they don't trust us. Not a ton of opportunity to progress upwards- there are few roles for outbound, which extends the time it takes to move beyond the SDR role here.
