Ich habe bei São Paulo Metrô gearbeitet (Vollzeit)

    Pros

Stable job, good salary and benefits, great work-life balance. No one will bother you to stay longer or call you at home to talk about work.

    Kontras

Too much bureaucracy, no space nor will for innovation/creativity from managers/older employees My big critic is that people are more worried about arriving/leaving on time than producing, because that's what the company demands. But for people who are ok with that, it's not a bad place to work at all. Career opportunities are limited, but salary and benefits compensate it.

    Rat an das Management

Hard to say. Everything is pretty stuck to laws. At first, people would like to do more, but knowing how everything gets so difficult, they give up after some time. It's a laid-back culture common to public companies, unfortunately.

Ich arbeite seit weniger als einem Jahr bei São Paulo Metrô als

    Pros

    - easy access (near subway station) - flexible hours - well organized bureocracy - small technical library - memory center holding historical items - several development projects, i.e. digitization, consevation...

    Kontras

    - very low tech - administrative software unfriendly - open to public in theory, actually is vastily ignored, including within the own company - old staff, close to retirement - new staff not intending to remain in job for long time - public office, relying on state govenment

    Negative Prognose

Ich arbeite seit mehr als 3 Jahren bei São Paulo Metrô (Vollzeit)

    Pros

The benefits and working conditions are superior to many private companies. Os benefícios e condições de trabalho são superiores a muitas empresas privadas.

    Kontras

The company policies are subject to change with every change of government. The work environment is not healthy and the pressure of transporting millions of people every day without sufficient conditions generates a lot of stress. As políticas da empresa estão sujeitas a alterações a cada mudança de governo. O ambiente de trabalho não é saudável e a pressão de transportar milhões de pessoas por dia sem condições... suficientes gera muito estresse.
