Pros
It is hard to get fired from Roth. Time off for family reasons is always understood and taken well. 401K with matching and decent benefits.
Kontras
This place is run by family and will always look to family to fill any position before hiring qualified employees. There are so many unqualified employees working here it's a wonder this place stays in business. It is more about conforming to the Roth culture and brown nosing the "families" and management than your knowledge or work ethic. The hiring process is a joke and it shows. Roth would rather hire a candidate that is friends with or related to a Roth employee, over a qualified individual. It's more about appearance than substance. There is no chance for advancement unless you are related to the owners. Getting raises usually comes at the end of the year and is almost always 3%. There are 5 divisions of Roth and none are willing to accommodate any other division. Each manager claws and fights their way for more. Communication break downs are very common with each side blaming the other. Training of employees is also non-existent. When starting you are expected to shadow someone for a day and then just start working.
