    Negative Prognose

Ich habe für mehr als ein Jahr bei Roberts Wesleyan College gearbeitet ()

    Pros

Overall, people across campus were nice.

    Kontras

People are promoted from within for jobs they are not qualified for instead of searching for qualified people in order to pay a lower salary. For a Christian college, people are gossipy and disrespectful behind each other's backs. Faculty are micromanaged by staff/admin assistants. Lack of training for managers. Managers treat subordinates poorly and unprofessionally. HR is not at all helpful and would rather sweep... things under the rug than solve problems. Institutional budget needs major work.

    Rat an das Management

Search for and hire candidates who are qualified for positions that need to be filled and pay them what they are worth. Improve the benefits package. Train managers on HOW to manage their teams professionally and respectfully.
