Pros
Even as an intern, I've been treated like a king. Health insurance, 401k, A bunch of discounts for tons of stuff I've never even heard of before. My work is valued by the higher ups, even if my job seemed repetitive at times. I feel no overwhelming pressure being put on me by higher ups to act a certain way, and the atmosphere is always welcoming and encouraging.

Decent benefits, good pay increase dependent on department. Overall company prioritizes quality. Company uses a goal sharing initiative where everyone gets a bonus based on performance.
Kontras
Insane amount of administrative work that was self inflicted. Constant changes to internal policies, documentation, and rules makes it almost impossible to know what is what. Average salary is starting to fall behind based on HCOL and other competitors. Can be a high stress and fast paced environment, but you will find that it most automotive companies.
