Good culture. Work life balance. Fulfilling work because you’re helping hospitals get more money from insurance. Lots of resources available to help you on the job. Clear path to move up.

Kontras

Overwhelming at first. Training isn’t the best (but you’ll figure it out over time). Monotonous work.

Pros

Amazing work life balance and flexible hours with many projects to learn from

No promotions, and the yearly pay increase is basically the inflation rate

Remote, That was the only Pro.

There are never any consequences for Management's harassment's and their favortism. Why would there be? Because R1 RCM promotes employees who are yes men. Most of the newer managers, had no leadership work history. If fact it almost seems like it's what they perfer to put in that role. They striped every bonus away from regular positions. Only manager's get it now. Nothing is worked correctly, I gave several examples to everyone showing these accounts were not being worked correctly.
