medical benefits were great, they gave you business cards that say 'manager' on it, helping out customers was always a plus

pay was low and salary, always worked long hours so actual pay per hour was lower than minimum wage, advancement potential was very limited. If someone didn't show for their shift you had to work it and was never paid for it or rewarded in any way.
