    Pros

Incredible group of intelligent, hardworking, dedicated employees. Good benefits. Ability to work remotely is amazing, especially in the winter or when NJTransit decides providing train service is optional. Some of the managers are genuinely invested in you and have your back.

    Kontras

Everything else. Leadership does not care about its employees in the least. Everyone is a number with a salary, which is grossly apparent during round after round of layoffs. Leadership has no clear direction for the company and the plans they do have change constantly. They do not understand how the company operates or how their products get made. Seniority accounts for nothing during layoffs. Leadership CONSTANTLY... talks about making the company "lean," which is corporate speak for overworking whomever is left after each round of layoffs. Morale is pretty much nonexistent and leadership has no interest in changing that, putting the onus of happiness at work on the employees they're overworking. Leadership has run Pearson into the ground and gutted everything that made it great. They put money and profits before employees every single time.

    Rat an das Management

There's nothing to say that hasn't been said in countless organizational health surveys. It's only a matter of time until Pearson is sold off to the highest bidder or folds completely.

Sehr nette Kollegen, internationale atmosphere wenn man bei Pearson Education arbeitet.

    Kontras

Vielleicht ist der "neue" Standort ziemlich ungünstig.
