    Esme was the graduate manager in charge of finding me the perfect graduate role. She was amazing, patient and very well mannered. She helped me in preparing for the process which was a huge help!!..She is definitely a people's person.

    I have grown my commercial knowledge exponentially since joining the business about 2 years ago. After several promotions and pay rises, I am a really happy employee of Pareto.

    Being a part of a growing business in the US has it's challenges (we wear lots of hats), but I wouldn't be getting this kind of experience elsewhere.

    Pros

    Pareto Law has an innovative way of going about things and has great potential. They do have access to some great jobs. A few of the people who work there are decent people with good values. Most of the people only care about their paychecks and do the bare minimum required of them, if that.

    Kontras

    Pareto seems to only value one type of person. They have some racial diversity in their office and in the "successful" people from their assessment days, but there is absolutely no size diversity. They like people you'd expect to find in fraternities and sororities and/or athletes; if you don't fit into this mold, they don't want you, no matter how much you dazzle them.

    Rat an das Management

    Be open to different kinds of people. Diversity in the workplace is an asset, not a hindrance. Consider taking gender pronouns into consideration on assessment days. It's a little thing that can go a long way and will make it look like you care about people and want them to be comfortable. The communication between Pareto Law and its candidates is lackluster; it is in your best interest (and, frankly, it's your job)... to communicate in a timely fashion with candidates. The follow through is one major piece missing here.
