    "Employees are from small universities with a background full of struggle, they are down to earth & hard working too. That's what is making this company to survive in Market."

    -They hire a kind of people who are actually in need of job because of weak financial background, they put them on bond for 3 years & retain 1 lakh of CTC on hold on the name of Performance Incentive for 1-3 years. It abstain their labour turnover to get worst in market. -They use Microsoft logo on offer letter & says it their partner but after joining they shows their real face by forcing to work for a more year if any kind of certification is done with them. -They do not have any idea of client requirements & they just work like a puppet. They do not even have confidence to face any client & just for the sake of their relations they can appoint anybody on any position, no matter what exactly the experience & the profile is. They change even the designations without caring of future of the employee. -They says themselves as an IT company & they are living in 1950s by retaining original academic certificates with a lot of paper work just to show off & for their own security. -They don't give a damn if any girl is staying till 2AM in night. they don't care if they had enough food. These people offer WADA PAO midnight to get energy to work throughout night. Their project managers don't care of Festivals & sentiments of the community they are surviving on & comments unacceptable things when any team member takes leave on any festival. -They treat employees like labour & throw them away any time anywhere but they never realise that the employees are tolerating them because they are in need of that job like hell. -They stopped evening Tea for the sake of cost cutting & they don't find it necessary to put tissue papers & soap in washrooms. They follow their budget cycle for such necessities & never cares of the situation employees face in washrooms. It's weird to say that even the water is not available in washroom a lot of times. -I don't understand what else is left for them to ruin lives. They crossed every limit.

    1. Got to work and interact with world class clients at a very early age in my career, which is a gift and cannot be taken for granted, considering the fact that i was just starting my career as an IT professional. 2. Received great technical exposure. 3. Extensive training calendar and great working environment.

    Training sessions and assignments for freshers may seem exhaustive but that's what shapes you for a better future.
