    Pros

    Most coworkers are cool but some can be annoying or weird. Really laid back. Cool product. Nice customers. Easy job. Great discounts ($27 vans, etc). Though it doesn’t seem like it the goods outweighs the bads cuz most of the bads are political.

    Tier 3 stores are not given what’s needed to be successful. District managers can be lazy and do not hire the right managers. High turnover of coworkers and managers. I’m in a bad area and there’s high theft and some weirdos but I’ve seen other stores that only have problems with entitled people. No commission. On your feet a lot.

    Rat an das Management

    Bump tier 3 to tier 2. We need more hours and better product to meet your sales goals. The floor sets suck. Make the promotions make more sense as half the time I don’t even know what is and isn’t part of it. Increase security systems (sensors). Be more precautions of the managers your hiring because all but one of my managers have left because they were sketchy theifs, junkies, or being treated badly and not paid enough....
